At We Mean Business Coalition, we believe that the sum is greater than our individual parts. Our teams work together across the central Secretariat and our Coalition partners to create maximum impact in catalyzing business leadership on climate.
Over the past year, the Coalition’s Secretariat team has grown significantly, in both scope and size. We are excited to step into this new climate era with more resources, energy, and capabilities for increased impact.
We work in a dynamic, diverse, and exciting environment, with significant autonomy and agency for motivated staff. If that sounds like a good fit for you, take a look at our current position vacancies, how we recruit and what is included in a job at the We Mean Business Coalition Secretariat.
Working at We Mean Business Coalition
We have staff across multiple continents and even more time zones. We are a fully remote team– with hubs in London, New York and Geneva–and we follow best practices in creating effective, impactful and connected remote work environments.
We also meet as a full team in person at least once a year and encourage teams close to each other to meet more frequently.
Benefits and compensation vary per region and are competitive with local prevailing packages. Regardless of location, team members get equipment stipends to ensure they are set up wherever they may be working from, generous time off, and paid parental leave.
