Decarbonizing Oat Milk: Oatly Goes Electric

Oatly is electrifying its oat milk production by swapping steam for waste heat, electric heat pumps, and heat exchangers. The company is also rethinking how it produces steam, using electric boilers and alternative fuels to cut emissions.
