The We Mean Business Coalition is hosting an informational webinar on how companies can advocate for increased climate policy ambition on the road to COP26, which takes place in Glasgow this November, and the business benefits of driving policy ambition.
In the last year we have seen huge progress in increasing national climate ambition for 2030 targets, and for reaching net-zero emissions by mid-century (e.g., the U.S., EU, China, Japan, U.K.). However, much greater progress is needed this year and on the road to COP26 to ensure we are on track to limit global warming to a maximum of 1.5ºC, and to help unlock the full potential of business action on climate change.
During this session, we will discuss:

- Key moments on the road to COP26 and how companies can influence policy outcomes through advocacy and communications;
